Neon Sign Assembly Line

Neon Sign Assembly Line was made in three days for the 2021 Amaze Me game jam, including all assets (fonts excepted) and code.

Make as many signs as you can as the parts move down the assembly line in this fast-paced factory party game! Ship a sign, and your boss will throw you a party so you can admire your handiwork. Fail to ship a sign, and he'll still throw you a party, because he believes in positive reinforcement.

Play with a friend! Two players work together to make parts, clean up messes, and dodge the party rats. Make sure not to bump into each other while you're working, or you'll drop whatever you're carrying!

CONTROLS

Player 1: arrow keys to move, space bar to interact

Player 2: WASD to move, E to interact, OR WITH GAMEPAD, left stick to move, A to interact (X on PlayStation-style controllers)

The zip includes the Windows executable and the .yyz project export.

Feel free to build it for Mac or Ubuntu if you're set up for it, and if you do, send it to me so I can add it here! Also let me know if you run into any bugs - I don't know if you're allowed to fix bugs after the submission period ends, but if not I'll be sure to get it fixed after the judging period is over.
