"Night Shift At Pop's" has you experience the night shift at a QSR (quick service restaurant) where employees may have to take orders from customers, but aren't obligated to do anything out of line including showing respect.

Customers will order food items. These may have ingredients or add some that the game itself does not inform you of. In those times, you'll need to consult the Employee Handbook to know what you'll need to include. You can't open up the sandwich, sides, or drinks to look back through what you have already for the order, so if an order gets Rejected, toss it in the trash to reset what's in your hands, check the register for the current order's receipt, and try again.
