Nordburg is a small fortified city and people seek protection inside its huge, thick stone walls. There’s a Merchant Council that rules this place and the guilds pay their taxes to have the streets patrolled by soldiers who enforce the law.

However, the Thieves' Guild is always pushing the council’s nerves to the limit, causing trouble and draining its resources. Adventurers will find a lot of opportunities in Nordburg, either being hired by the Merchant Council or by the Thieves' Guild.
