How do you maintain a relationship when you're partner keeps on changing moods faster than the attention span of a duck on coke.

Try to level up your relationship level to level 3 (max) by getting the emotion bars (Security and Excitement) of both your character and your partner's character to the target values designated by the arrow markers (be warned, the target values will change based on your characters' moods)

You can influence these bars by sending your partner messages or receiving your partner's messages.

You can toggle "blocking" incoming messages by turning on Small Talk
