It is 1969. Novoslavia is on the brink of collapse. After years of unrest and revolts against its sovereign the Communist Union, a fragile peace has finally graced the country. The Union has agreed to a cease-fire,

plagued by instability and unrest from the rapidly modernizing and awakening communist states, which has given the Free Market Bloc the opportunity to influence and ultimately absorb these ex-union states.
