NS2: Combat
About
NS2: Combat includes seven different player-controllable lifeforms, a vault full of weapons and abilities, a stats system, full modding support and five original maps. Games last around 15 minutes and players may join and leave at any time without disrupting gameplay.
Faultline Games is a game developer that started as a mod team. Our indie-publisher, Unknown Worlds, also started as a mod team. NS2: Combat evolved from the modding community of Natural Selection 2 to become a standalone game. It does not require Natural Selection 2 in order to play.

It's a really fun game on both sides. If you liked the NS2 mod you'll also like this as it's basically a more polished and refined version of this mod with new and more content like maps.
But i really dislike the 'rubberbanding' in some situations like i'm being shot at and jump around the corner. On my view im completely covered but still dying also when Im starting to lose my HP I'm actually already half dead on the server.
I know it can be fixed by playing on a lower ping server but most of the time there are only servers with a ping of 60-80+.
But I still recommend it as its really a cool game for this price.

Actually, NS2: Combat and NS2 are not two Games but rather something like Standard And Realism Mode. The Concept is simple: Imagine a handball/Football Team including trainers. The tasks of the Coach are to use the Strengths of his Players in such a way that the Team benefits from his better Overview and Experience. As a Player you try to do what you are told as best you can and rejoice when the Game rewards you with a Goal. Stuodly there is when your Trainer Is an unsuspecting Wannabe or simply an Idiot. Just As stupid when the Crew is riddled With Deaf-mute egotists.
This describes all the Advantages, Chances and Moments of tension, as well as the Disadvantages of the Game.
NS 2: Comabt has no Coach aka Commander and Players keep their upgrade arms at the Respawn. No tactical Buildings need to be erected or protected. One should approach the Game from that Direction.
The Summit is then the Main Game NS2 ' s corresponds to Realism Mode in that there is a Commander Who has a strategic Overview and has to explore Technologies. The Commander places tactical Buildings at Key Points that benefit the entire Team. The Commander, similar to the Coach, sets the Tactic. If you encounter a Commander without Mic let it be directly the Game is lost. Who would hire a "locked in" Patients as a Coach??
PRO: The entire Setting is an original And sometimes better copy of Alien vs Predator with The Game mechanics of Quake. That's exactly where I see the Problem for all New Entrants: It's all so insanely fast that an exact Meeting of Moving Aliens gets insanely hard. As a Tip, I take aim to where the Opponent will be instead of where he is. Quake lets greet. However, the little Beasts really don't stand anything-idR. Three Hits and you have 50 Shots in the Magazine of a Rifle that can be described in summary as "MG42 without Recoil"-should be made, right?
Those who prefer sneaky and sow naked Fear into the Hearts of surprised Opponents, the (Melee) Aliens recommended to them.
When the Commander is good and the Team listens to him, regardless of your abilities, you get a unique Experience of Teamwork garnished with Cinematic Moments for a Video game.
CONTRA: All The Upgrades and Weapons you have developed are lost after your Passing in the Main Game (NS 2)-TAKE it sporty and see it as Realism Mode.
Your Commander is THE person of the Game; Is er/she bad it was it! If he's good and the Team doesn't listen to him, that was it!
