Nucleotide Crisis
About
Game made in 48h for Game Maker's Toolkit game jam 2019!
Team: Sefibra & Ramkey, Bosnia & Herzegovina
Software used:
- Game Engine - Unity 2018.3
- Music - LMMS
- Sound Effects - Audacity
- Art - Photoshop CS6
How To Play:
- Hover your mouse over a certain nucleotide section (color), to stimulate (move) it's parts.
- Plan your moves, there is an odd number of nucleotides which have to destroy each other. That means, you'll have to make them die in the same time by timing their shots or making the last kill itself.
- Restart button is your friend and messing up the level only gives you valuable experience to beat the level in the next try.
Backstory:
We are only 17, and participating in this game jam gave us so much lessons: how to work in teams, finish until the dead line, plan before execute... Also, we didn't really use unity before. We did try to use it, but didn't have the motivation to learn it, so this was a perfect opportunity. I think the biggest mistake we made is trying to think of an unique idea which turned out to be not so fun at the end. Still, much fun, looking forward to do it again. Much love from Bosnia & Herzegovina!
