Stay away a from the Lunacy Zone if you enjoy your sanity! In this mini battle royale first person shooter, the last one standing wins. Secure your Sanity, find a good hiding spot, and drive your enemies crazy in this foggy Nightmare.
NOTE: This game is still under development! The core game loop is playable, but some expected features may be missing. We will update the game every now and then.
How to PlayOnce the game starts, your character will be spawned in the Nightmare. The Lunacy Zone will start expanding towards the centre of the map right away — stay away from it, as it will decrease your Sanity! To increase your Sanity (health points), look for and destroy Sanity Cubes, or shoot other players; if your counter reaches 0, you are done for!

Nyctophobia is a multiplayer game. To play the current version of the game, you will need 4 players. Note that there is currently no lobby system: as soon as you start hosting or join a game, you will be in spectator mode until the game session has enough players.
The game uses Steam for matchmaking, so you will need a Steam account. Make sure you have Steam running before opening the game.
