Oncolysis: Cancer Destroyer

Players are presented with a hex grid of human cells, mostly normal with a clump of cancer cells. Normal cells divide and die sustainably, while the cancer cells divide and start to take over. The player uses tools like surgery or chemotherapy to try to kill the cancer cells without destroying too many of the normal cells.
