Overload Playable Teaser 2.0
About
Overload is a new six-degree-of-freedom shooter from the creators of Descent, currently under development. This Playable Teaser is an alpha-level demo of the game. Originally released during our Kickstarter campaign in March 2016, Version 2.0 is a complete overhaul and shows the game as it stands in March 2017.
Overload is an intense combat game that takes place in a full-3D world. The full game will feature:
- Single-player story campaign with 15+ FULL-SIZE atmospheric levels
- Upgradeable player ship and 12+ weapons with multiple upgrade options
- More than a dozen unique robots with multiple variants, and 3 massive bosses
- Story by the writer of FREESPACE 2, plus pulse-pounding soundtrack
- Includes Multiplayer Expansion (6-8 months after release)
- Greatly expanded Challenge Mode with lots of levels and online leaderboards
- Easy-to-use custom Level Editor (post-release) so you can build and share levels
This demo contains a training level, a sample single-player "destroy the reactor" level, and two Challenge Mode levels that let you test your skills against a horde of enemies.
Overload will be available via Steam Early Access on March 13, 2017. If you like the demo, check out the full version!

Very cool Teaser! Played Descent earlier and it really feels like it again! Also Think it's good that the Hardware Requirements aren't too high-I hope that stays that way:)
Happy me and hope the Kickstarter will be successful.

No-Aim floundering in the corridors.
You can recommend this game for training orientation in space, because the game has neither top nor bottom. Control is convenient. Everything else is not interesting. Opponents are monotonous as are the available levels. In Addition, they shoot the infestation, apparently so you can see them. There are quite a lot Of weapons, but because enemies and combat situations are the same there is no point in selecting weapons for a particular case. Most of the level is a cave in which it is easy to get lost, such complexity causes irritation, not interest.

Product received for free The Initial review was: "Excellent. In This demo you can again (and maybe for the first time) adjust to control and settings and boldly go for a full game. The Beloved Descent returns with a new perception... "
Now I have to make changes. What didn't you like? Too dark, I do not remember that the Descent was so dark. Sorry, but I want to see a good variety of enemy drones, and not just to burn in something (sometimes almost impersonal in the dark) that sticks in me. And yet, in the episodes presented by the Campaign (even on easy difficulty levels), enemies sometimes start shooting before they see them, and they don't see you in the idea yet (this is especially noticeable in the cave tunnels). It's not An Order, but it's not critical.
Management in general liked even with the keyboard and mouse. Good soundtrack. A full-Fledged game would be recommended for the sake of a new adventure in the Campaign and replay Test modes. And Multiplayer in the demo is not available.
Thank you for your attention and all the successful battles and trials in hardcore modes.
