Parcel (itch) (Jordi)
About
Parcel is a short first person narrative horror game. You are Derek, and Parcels with dioramas are delivered to your office. You explore them to find clues. Phone up your wife, Amily, and give her the right directions, as the clues might save her life. Who is stalking Amily, and who is behind the mysterious Parcels?
Features:
- Explore in first person. Pickup and inspect objects.
- A complete small story about the fear of losing a loved one.
- Art style reminiscent of the early 2000s
- Voice acted phone calls with branching dialogue paths.
- Multiple endings, including a hidden "true" ending.
Known Issues:
- There's no save and load. If you lose and have a game over, you can jump back by opening the debug menu (F1) and select the level to restart.
- In the bird eye view of the diorama, sometimes the game soft-locks and no dialogue appears. If this happens, open the debug menu (F1 and click on the button with the diorama's name, lower left, to reload the level correctly).
- Sometimes the grab icon is stuck in the middle of the screen. This is only a visual bug.
EPILEPSY WARNING - The game contains extreme strobing (white on black).
Language warning - The game contains excessive swearing.
Trigger warning - This game is about triggering subjects such as the fear of losing a loved one.
