About

Party Saboteurs brings the tension and strategy from games like Spy Party and Town of Salem to the local multiplayer genre. The players have to move carefully, trying to blend in with the other guests and, at the same time, watching out for any awkward movements that might give up an enemy spy.

Each player controls a spy who is trying to blend in an exclusive cocktail party to complete their missions. The catch? At the same time, they are all controlling snipers trying to identify and eliminate each other’s spies. There are two ways to win: completing the missions first or killing the other spies.

The game's aesthetics are inspired by classic movies, immersing the players in an espionage atmosphere. Try to imagine James Bond and Austin Powers, infiltrated in a party hosted by Kim Jong-Un, competing to see who can sabotage it first. All delivered in an awesome-looking retro pixel art!
Party Saboteurs is primarily a competitive local multiplayer game, so, it's designed to be played on a couch by, ideally, 3 or 4 people (or 8, if you share controllers!). Right now it does have a single player mode but it is in a very basic state. Online mode is planned for the future.Requires at least one gamepad to be locally played!

Party Saboteurs reviews and comments

No Game for hours of Entertainment. But very fun for in between, in order to have a little Fun with at least one Fellow Player. The Concept is cool and really entertaining. Unfortunately, there is a very quick lack of Variety. There would still be a lot left in This area. In addition, the Explanation of the Game is extremely poor, so that first of All it takes some Time to understand the Game Mechanics or the Effects of Gadgets at all. The Full Price is still too high for what you get at the Moment (unless there would be more Content). But if you would like to try out an entertaining, spongy Multiplayer game and have at least one Playing partner at home, who is able to strike in the Sale or again in a Bundle without hesitation.

Early Access Review In The game at the moment there is only a test mode and local multiplayer (need several controllers as far as I understand). In the test mode, it is necessary to perform several actions: Kill the Spy and steal the documents. The problem is that you need to do it in a short period of time, so you have to do it almost simultaneously. Using The keyboard is quite difficult to play. At the moment I have only eight trials. At first glance, the game looks interesting, although I think with live players to play will be more interesting. Control for those who like and I will try to play the keyboard: Start-Enter Movement-WASD or Arrows Kopka A-Z Button B-B document Theft-space Travel sight and shot-mouse

Early Access Review Note: Obtains my copy of the game on behalf of the developers in order to make an overview, yet this does not affect in any way my opinion on the game. Party Saboteurs is a game with a simple concept that reminds us of Spy Party, you drive a spy and a sniper at the same time, your goal will be to eliminate enemy spies or get the secret files before other players. The gameplay is simple but difficult to master and the only point is that it requires playing with Xbox commands mandatory (or use some third party program to use a generic) Graphically is very well done has a 16-bit style that remains Very well with the theme, and I was surprised by the fact that it is a game made in Unity, since it does not use the common resources that are in games developed with this platform normally. For now the only negative point I find is the lack of online, although developers plan to add it to the future. Below is a video review where I show and explain every part of the game: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yEKNzVCfl4Y
