Penguin Quest (Jack Le Hamster)

PENG is out looking for friends in this 8-bit style jrpg-ish game, playable in the browser. Discover the snowy landscape of Penglandia. And get ready to experience the COOLest RPG out there!

Controls in game mode:

• Arrow keys move Peng
• Space opens the stats

Controls in menu:

• Up/Down to change selection
• Right/Space to select
• Left/Escape to cancel

This was made mainly for Classical 8-Bit RPG Jam, but I also found two other Jam where this game fits and happen to have the same deadline: Finally Finish something and Anything but human.

This game is inspired by some of my favorite J-RPG, like Phantasy Star. I was debating on whether or not to implement the first person dungeon crawler but that seemed overkill.
