Phish the Zombie Masher

A game for the Monster Mash Jam

You play as a demon named Phish (pronounced fish) a lover of combat, bloodshed, mayhem, Rosy, and unironically; fish. This is a game I designed to test your reflexes with difficulty that ramps up fast. Each level comes with a screen filled with enemies that can overwhelm you fast if you don't keep up with them.

Controls

A, D or Arrow Keys to move

W, Space, or UP to Jump

E or Left Mouse for hammer time

Q or Right Mouse to launch a fireball

The time that it takes you to complete the level determines your grade. 

If you finish with a time of 1:20 or shorter you will receive an S. 

From there the grade will go down with each extra 20 seconds that it takes you.

Hints:

Rosy will periodically fire a projectile that converts enemies into fish that heal you. However, this projectile will hurt Phish unless it is an onslaught level.

Not as many enemies spawn if you are by a wall or next to Rosy in a regular level. 

Enemies will pile up if you stay in one place.

During testing, fireballs would fail to fire sometimes
There is a lag spike on my PC upon taking damage.
