About

Pid is a puzzle platformer that follows a boy named Kurt who lives in the era of interstellar traveling. Accidentally he missed his planet on the way from school, and got stuck in the place that seemed to have no way out… Now he needs to find out what happens and return home.
The gameplay is based on platforming mixed with Kurt’s ability to use so-called beams to pass through levels. These beams create tunnels without gravity that help to come over obstacles, solve puzzles and even fight enemies. More items become available on higher levels. The game only supports co-op on the same console, with no online multiplayer.
While Pid has really hardcore gameplay, its visual style is calm and relaxing. The in-game world is full of secrets and collectibles that balance the gaming experience a little. Almost every NPC has something to tell you, so don't ignore dialogues that will shed some light on Pid's lore.

Pid reviews and comments

Nice Indie Game, what I got Free Via Indiegala:D Let's Test Pid! Yes people, so I am convinced of the level of difficulty, there are 3 modes, Simple, Normal, and Heavy. However, it is difficult to unlock. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qlPqPNnkVKI The Graphics are in good Condition for me, but I had to get used to the Controls as far as a tastatur is concerned ... Changing it first. So throw on Z Jumping and X Laser ... ne, there my fingers cramp;D So people, I recommend you a Controller, so the whole thing would certainly be even more Fun. Gameplay probably offers it a lot because you get more and more skills, at least I think this, by the content of the backpack ^ ^ I have made a little Antest Video specifically for this, in case anyone is interested, it is not perfect, but through this Review hopefully Something more helpful. I hope I was able to help you a little:-) 9/10 points for the Overall Package!

Story On the Bus asleep, Kurt wakes up on a strange Planet and actually just wants to go home. Questioning At the Bus Stop, he learns that People here have been waiting for the Bus for Years and something can't be right. Kurt, however, does not give up and sets out to solve the Problem. Gameplay In Pid, we play little Boy Kurt, who by Accident came up to a bright Ball. With this, we can generate Rays that affect Gravity. Using these Rays, we need to solve Puzzles, survive jump And run Phases, And outsmart opponents. As The game progresses, we'll get more Gadgets like a Power Jump, Bombs and more. The Game is very reminiscent of Nintendo's Heyday. Graphics and Sound Pid has a beautiful Graphics with great and bizarre Gestures. Like World, it is consistent and unique and you always look forward to every further "Scene" to see what is next for you. Control The Control is intuitive and quickly learned. However, as with almost all Platformers, I recommend the Handle to the Controller. Difficulty Pid is really difficult even in the normal Difficulty Graft. Especially the Boss Fights (and here the second Boss) are sometimes really mean because a Lot happens and you have to take care of a lot of Things. After playing the Game to normal, you also unlock another Difficulty mode, which mainly shows more Opponents and fewer Gadgets. I didn't test the slight Level of Difficulty. Playing Time After about 9 1/2 hours I was able to finish Pid successfully. There were about 580 Deaths to record and of the Collectibles I collected less than 30%. For 100% Players, the Game offers quite a longer Game time. For Long-term Motivation there is a Speed-run leaderboard and various Axivements. Verdict Pid Looks great and feels great. Again and again you float in Memories of past Platformers at the SNES and Co. For anyone looking for a Challenge and not giving up directly, Pid is the right Game. However, If you only want to play based on the Story and are annoyed when you have to play the same Part 10-20 times, you should leave the Fingers off Pid. :)
