Pixel Boy and the Ever Expanding Dungeon reviews

Good evening to all, pixel boy is an excellent game, honestly, the gameplay is both simple and rich, and we quickly take a liking to improve his pixelized weapon. The soundtrack is very friendly, and the game is rather beautiful in its genre. However, I have a major reproach to make to this game that I found awesome: the difficulty... Indeed this game is extremely easy, I have never died since I installed it, I made the campaign in normal mode without dying, then I tried the hardcore mode that I realized without more difficulty... Here's the main flaw of the game, once you've managed to ' forge ' an overpowered weapon, nothing can get anywhere near you anymore, and your ammunition has no risk of falling to zero because a single shot is enough to clean a room, not to mention the bosses who are being Li usually spray by these weapons (truthful: 2 shots for the first two bosses, and 3 for the last two) the lifespan is therefore unfortunately quite short (see I did twice the game in 6h) and we are quite disappointed to finish the last boss in 3 rounds... B REF, this game offers a very interesting concept, it is absolutely necessary to take a look at least once to see what it is, whether you like or not the difficulty. (NB: I haven't told you about the achievement die 100 times or the scoring bug once your game is over)

The rhythm of the game is very soft because we often walk with a very basic shot. The music, well done, is not at all adapted to the game. Very quiet, it would have been much better in a game of puzzles/puzzles than in an action game. The rooms are small and since one plays in view of above, the action is often masked by the doorframe of the doors. The main technique to beat the monsters is therefore to go home, pull a shot and then back into the hallway until they all attack one by one. There is no point in exploring the levels and worse than anything, there is almost no evolution in the environments, we just have the sensation of stagnating always and still in the same Dungeon. The bosses are not very impressive and if you have the misfortune to confront them with a decent shot they will not hold more than 5-10 seconds (including for the final boss). The game is for the moment quite bugged, one can for example cite the shots that are stopped by the objects, but when I say objects, I speak well of all objects, including gold coins! In a game where the gameplay is based on shooting and collecting money is really a pity... If at the moment there is no interest in playing pixel boy as there are games resembling him and much better, maybe within a few months it will be worth the shot. That's all I want because the first pictures really made me want to play!
