Pointy Planet

Pointy Planet is an educational project made at SAE Creative Media Institute in Perth, by Rowan Koch, Jason McKay & Rhys Veale-Chan. 
Its intent is to serve as an allegory for environmental destruction & colonisation. 

Pointy Planet was a peaceful world, filled with thorns, barbs, pins & other pointy parts. But everything changed when the Smoothies attacked. With their machines of anti-sharpening technology, they started to terraform the world to an inhospitable flat land. The sentient race of life-forms on Pointy Planet, the Prickles, must send their chosen hero, Spike, to battle the incursion. 

Fight as the defender Spike, in an Action Role-playing game that weaves visual narrative into its level design in a unique environment.
