It's a little bit too short to completely get into that melancholic mood that game is giving you but it's still a nice, deep feeling. Exactly that kind of feeling i like in storygames but still... just too short^^ Definitely worth a try.

would have paid a buck for this game, i enjoyed it. even though the story was, lets say, slightly predictable. at least some bits and pieces. could have been a little longer, ive played it twice to read all of the dialogue but still. good game though, and its free (at the moment), so just go ahead and try it.

Absolutely pick up. Why? The Game has a very nice Story, a Graphics that I (and many others) like very much, and a beautiful Design of the Characters. What is the argument against this? "Port of Call" is a free, short, story-driven First-person exploration game. Charon, the Ferryman who takes the Dead against an Obulus across the River Styx in the Hades ... Nothing more can be said here. You should experience the short, well-built history for yourself. It's worth it. The few Characters are cranky and strange, and therefore really exciting. The English Texts, while simple, are aptly and intelligently built. Technically, the Whole thing is rather weak, the Unity graphics not exactly outstanding. But: The Atmosphere is right, the World is coherent and stylish in itself. Likewise, the Soundscape is apt and atmospheric. Everything merges into a world of its own With a skilful Little story that can take us to know. Impressively different yet familiar. Irritating and true precisely because of it.
