Pre-Alpha Driving Game Prototype

As of v0.1, this is a short demo-type experience where you test driving physics for my next game, which will be very similar to The Simpsons Hit and Run.

There are a lot of bugs as this is the very first executable version of the game. I will try to patch these in the next version of the game, as well as add new things to do and polish the game.
