Pro Cycling Manager 2014 reviews and comments

The Game is an interesting Managerial Game by its kind, which can certainly bring Fun for Cyclists and Players who like to play Manager Simulations. But unfortunately, this Game includes a lot of Bugs and Logic errors. I have to say that so far I only play a Career and start there as a continental team of my own (over 250 Hours of Play). Bugs (which I can think of):-if you renegotiate the Sponsorship targets, the Budget no longer matches in the Sponsorship and Finance Overviews (Table and Listing on the left). Furthermore, this Difference drifts further and further apart over the Seasons, so that you no longer know what to plan for. -the Game often crashes (even if it is automatically saved after the races)-after a few Seasons, when the Sponsor's Contract expires and one had to renew it, the Contract term suddenly stands for example-8 and although right Extension Stands, you don't get Offers from new Sponsors and you can't renew them. If you Get to the next Season, you still have the old Sponsor. Logic Error:-when I start as a Continental Team, I use many Young Talents. There, too, very good Drivers can be found. Unfortunately, however, the Goals set by the Sponsor are already very ambitious. So You're actually already obliged to commit at least one Star so that you can get into a positive Area in the Areas of Results, registered Drivers, Squad at all. If this is not achieved, the Budget will be cut. Only a Star is damn expensive and you're allowed to invest a maximum of 200,000 for the continental squad, otherwise you'll be ranked higher. With a Star, however, you go through Continental and Continental Pro immediately. The Rise and budget are therefore directly related. In one Game I manged over ten years and achieved a maximum budget of 367,000 (Sky, Omega Pharma etc. have one of about 500,000) Nevertheless, my Specifications were with an inferior squad, peppered with, three Stars (Salaries of the three Already over 300,000, one 144,000, the Groin at Squad remains whole, at the bottom!!!) Victory in Supergiro Italia, Tour de France, Ronda Espana and various other Cala Tour races such as Milan-Sanremo, Liege-Bastogne lounger etc. These Goals and the Budget are just completely unrealistic!!! In addition, In a Season players constantly break everything possible, especially before very important Races the Favorites (Coccyx, skull, Ribs, Shin, Thighs ... Usually at least 7-10 Times a Season, also completely unrealistic!!!) If one does not Achieve the specified goals (even already in the Continental, goals at least 3Rd place, etc. in continental races, in which stars take part in Preparation such as Vroome, Quintana, etc.), The Budget is extremely shortened, even in the first Season. However, you don't have opportunities for Saving, because the Drivers (especially in the first Season) have almost every two Years contract. After two Seasons at the latest, you are in a minus or on 0 with cash and I had a Budget of about €50,000. A fixed Budget of a Sponsor with additional Bonuses for successful Races or promotion to a higher Class (which is not rewarded so far) would make much more sense. One has to bear in mind that While victories in other Races (especially in the Continental) are classified as "remarkable Results," they actually do virtually nothing for the Groin. And as long as the Goals remain so unrealistic, that robs you of the complete Fun And just stirs up the Anger! I hope this is not in absolute Chaos and you can do something with this;)
