Procyon
About
It's the future! And humanity is, predictably, under attack by extraterrestrial forces. Lucky for us we have an experimental ship that's never before been flown that will surely...uh, possibly...well, implausibly be able to win the war! All we need now is a pilot or two.Key Features
- Fight through five increasingly-populated shoot-em-up stages
- Destroy a plethora of enemies (or, as we like to call them, "potential explosions")
- Switch between two distinct weapons on the fly: bullets for lots of damage over lots of space and a locking beam for concentrating on those hard-to-reach areas!
- Use your shields to zip unharmed through enemy attacks!
- Overcharge your weapons on the fly for even more destructive power!
- Original faux-orchestral soundtrack is like music to your ears! Because it IS music. For your ears.
- Multiple game modes, from the start-at-any-level normal mode up to "I have but one life to give for my planet" survival mode.
- Local co-op allows you and a friend (or even a complete stranger that you're willing to invite into your home, if you want) to team up and deliver double the delicious destruction!
- Support for playing in portrait orientation for a true top-down shmup experience!

A Good scrolling shooter. The First two levels seemed too easy, but the third is complicated already. Did not become a fool, passed on the easy level of difficulty. Though I think it is quite possible to pass and on normal.
Nice music, bosses, good gameplay. In general, nothing directly great or jekstroordinarnogo in it is not, but also to scold not for what, especially if bought for 20-30 rubles. To Pass an hour and maybe two more than.

It Is A game of ships with side scroll without pause, in principle it is a type of common game.
It Has a base gameplay in the levels that is centered on a time and a division of the enemies. That resembles waves: we must end with a surge before the next one comes. The side scroll without pause is fixed to the gameplay. The enemies are in general few, Durillos and with personality.
The control of our ship is also designed to cope with surges, the study wise what it did.
The difficulty is also very important. It Is of the type adaptation: The sooner we understand how the game goes before we win. Although It is a common type of game, the difficulty is not, at least in this genre.

Procyon is an excellent horizontal shoot'em up with lively music, offered at a low price and allowing even to play two locally. The game is not especially beautiful, the decorations are even a little bland, but the effects of light are on the other hand gorgeous. Roses, Greens, reds... you will see lasers of all colors! It is also really exhilarating to activate his shield and to collect a huge radius without flinching. The online ranking, the five internships and the different modes of play offer a good lifespan to the title. It would be a shame to be missing!

A Good, high-quality scrolling shooter, which has not been on the market for quite a long time.
The Game is named after the brightest star in the constellation of the Small Dog and one of the brightest stars in the night sky-Proczion (though, from the Latin Procyon translates as "raccoons").
We play for a small brave space shuttle from Earth, whose pilot is entrusted with a difficult mission-to destroy the planet, which appeared in the asteroid belt of the Solar system, from which comes the cosmic threat.
The game has only 5 levels, and the storyline is passed in less than an hour (at an easy level of difficulty). Also, the game has a survival mode.
The Views in the game are beautiful, but of course, no comparison does not go with Sine Mora (and bosses not as inventive as in the last).
Bottom Line: A classic space-scrolling shooter that stars from the sky is missing. There are no Original gameplay solutions-it's just a good game.
Score Game-7/10
