EDIT: Commenters have pointed out postgame ≠ New Game Plus, and that’s on me. The Save Files have the big “+” on them and that’s how I interpreted that. IMO if I were to go back and implant one thought in my head before starting Forspoken, it would be to focus on doing Frey’s Journey (the Main Quest) over trying to do the Side Quests (sans the Detours in Cipal.)After beating the game and playing some New Game Plus, I can say with confidence the biggest negative for me, personally, was the narrative pacing and structure of the story.The game’s story doesn’t account for the “Do all the Side Quests first” mentality that gamers have. So 10+ hours of (supposedly fun) gameplay, can narratively be just 2 hours since Frey last expressed how badly she doesn’t want to be here and just wants to go back to New York, which is grating and I think is part of the negative sentiment behind Frey’s character being portrayed as unlikable.I think focusing on completing the Main Quest helps to keep the timeline of Frey’s journey in perspective, and helps to keep her from being a difficult protagonist to get behind. In summary, I recommend those planning to start playing Forspoken or still in the early stages of the game to focus on completing Frey’s Journey, grab a few accessories and Archive entries along the way, but beat the game and save the side stuff for New Game Plus and when you have all 4 Tanta schools of magic.

Does anyone know if purchasing the deluxe upgrade for early access to the DLC will work with the disc version of the game?
I was messing with wemod, maxed all my items and I cannot loot the chest to proceed from the nails part of chapter 3. How can I get rid of the items now?

Hey everyone I recently bought the game and it's running fine outside of cutscenes but the cutscenes itself freezing for a few seconds sometimes or stutter. Is there any fix to this? I have an RX 6800XT GPU and a Ryzen 7 5800X CPU with 32GB of RAM. Playing in 1440p max settings.

I put together a no damage guide/run for all of them. I'm hoping this helps anyone who's having trouble with them, especially on Hard Mode and/or with the Significantly Increased damage modifier. If you don't know what those are, don't watch due to potential spoilers. I don't show their locations on the map during the video for that reason as well.
