Project Bean

Project Bean (or ‘Being’) is a downloadable computer game designed for educational purposes, aimed at children ages 7 – 12. It is based on the concept of ‘othering’, and how easy it is to assume those who are different from you are untrustworthy, especially if media propaganda is involved. Completing the game reveals a surprise ending that teaches important moral lessons to kids, especially in the ever-growing diversity of today’s world. The game can be used as an engaging resource in classrooms or at home.
