Prototype: Beep's Prologue!

Beep's Prologue?

This is a little prototype I put together before I started working on Beep's Escape. Same character, same tileset, but with lasers, lots of particles, and screen shake. The idea was that it'd be a Bubble Bobble inspired arcade game, with single-screen levels where you have to clear all the enemies, and screen-wrap where you can leave the edge of the playing area and reappear at the opposite side!

I might revisit it again in in the future.

Controls

- Z/X: Move left and right

- N: Jump

- M: Fire!

- P: Open/close menu

- Arrows: Navigate menu

- Enter: select menu items
