The 4 stand wide-eyed on the lighthouse and see the hot air balloon coming towards them. Penelope suddenly starts yelling Viktors name full of excitement:

“Viktoooooor!”

“He seems to respond and even waves us back" Zoe shouts.

This is when they hear loud dogs howling from the hot air balloon.

"Hmm, that's not Viktor!" notes Penelope in surprise.

"Help, help, I'm stuck! I need more weight to get down!" Cooper howls back at them.
