Cecily is turning... Your sister, Cecily, lies there on the floor, barely breathing. You pick up the note next to her and read that your group has abandoned you and her. There's no way you'll leave your sister and let her turn. You have no other choice but to find her the cure... If there is one.

On this horrifying trek through the decrepit city, you'll come across monsters, and allies who are unable to help. You'll come across new weapons, and items. You'll have to solve puzzles, and craft items to solve problems that lie in your path.
