Rock-N-Rogue: A Boo Bunny Plague Adventure reviews and comments

That you sell this game? A good soundtrack and humor a little crazy with 3D graphics not bad? Yes, he's got it all! And in addition, some good sound effects (weapons). But let's say it right now, this thing should have been a series of animations. With (a bit) of politically incorrect (which I understand, it's in English without subtitles), it could have, and maybe still not bad as a trick. But as a game, it's a shabby hack'n slash. Indeed, I took Bunny (there are three other playable characters, but I do not want to play them). And all I have to do is repeat left clicks, no matter the direction, since his guitar also kills the enemies behind me (it makes the game easy to hit!). And, in fact after the intro video (where we have to go to do a concert in hell, but it will not be so easy, (if I understand)), we find ourselves in a Dungeon, a castle where all the pieces resemble each other, with a mini-map, but that does not tell us where to go , or what to do. We kill zombies (3-4 kinds, with only the big long Hawaiians that make the difference and really hurt), but we get bored, there are not enough to be a beast and nasty defouloir, and too much to ask where to go quietly. At level 3, we have large white larvae (but at this point I don't care, it could have been clowns or skeletons). (demons would have been more logical, since we're going to hell). And giant languages as a décor innovation, but that does not prevent all the rooms from being alike. But do you remember hack slash like Baldur's Diablo gate, and their clones, which have at least a small RPG side? Well, not them, you have your left click (so only one shot) and special powers (techniques or spells) you have 1 to 3 per level and I even believe in single use. The experience? Win it by killing monsters? Totally illogical! (irony). You win it by collecting Guitar Picks! (100 for the first level). (I thought that was the goal first, that it unlocked something, like the exit). But no, the goal is to go from point a to point B, without any narration. And stay alive by collecting care. I've been paying attention to that first level. The second, I wanted to finish as soon as possible and I go into the heap without thinking, without pleasure. To see that level 2 does not have a boss. I'm still exploring level 3, and I'm tired, I'm leaving. And tip! How to beat the first boss (the robot rapper)?! Eh, well without protecting yourself, and if you are full-life, spammer left click and finished, it is over! (did he die? that he fled? We will not know...). And when you level up what does it change? I do not know, nothing really indicates. No inventory, no changes even cosmetic. No other weapons. One weapon per character. Even the options menu configurations are ridiculously poor, in addition to being in pixelated frames. And the distant noise and annoying traps before we even see them, avoiding them is the only real challenge, repetitive, useless and boring. (Parts are filled with picks on traps, we ask his character to cross it to retrieve one, then another... more than 10 or 20 times at times, after we ignore them in fact...). In short, do not try to do at all costs a game (even if it is a sequel), when you have the potential of a good series of animation. It can be self-sufficient.
