Roll or Die

The goal of the game is to roll every possible outcome of a die. Dash into the die to roll it and dash into red guys to kill them. The outcome of the roll determinates number of enemies to spawn. Also die roll resets the timer, if timer shows 0 - you die (pun is not intentional, I swear). 

According to this blogpost on average you will need about 14.7 rolls to get every outcome, goodluck!

I tried to make "Roll or Die" somewhat colorblind friendly, so if there is any problem with that - give me some feedback in the comment section. 

Controls: 

WASD or Arrow keys to run

Space bar to dash

ESC to exit

Assets used:

Pixelated Camera by Ocias (really good and easy to use pixel perfect camera, I haven't encountered anything like this one.  I would defenitely recommend this one over others. Thank you Alex Ocias <3)

Animations were taken from mixamo

Die 3d model is taken from this free pack by Devil's Work.Shop

Charcter models are taken from here, I was shared this asset on my last job and employee said it is ok for me to use it however I like.

Font is taken from here. I do own this font pack.

Some sounds I recycled from my previous games and some were made during the jam in Ableton Live.

Also I recycled some code from my other projects, but the vast majority was written during this jam.

P.S. 

I had some fun making this game and I hope you did too. If you haven't participated - I stongly recommend you to try yourself out in some other jam. If you haven't finished in time and feel sad about that (i've been here countless times) - don't be sad, just try again next time or finish your game anyway. The feeling of fulfilment is worth it 100%.
