Rowlet o' Clock

Its a simple digital clock with Rowlet sleepy gif on it.

Click and drag to move the window, ctrl+Q or clic on top right to close, clic on clock to change the mode 24/12

and thats it. Laters probably I will add  a game timer count and alarm.
