This is #1 in a therapy journal I'm doing in RPG maker VX Ace.

I talk about transgender stuff, Anxiety and dissociation so Trigger warnings for all of those.

Think of this as me putting a note in a bottle and throwing it out into the ocean...But with (hopefully) less pollution.
