Rules of the nightshift

before you start the your first day at the nightshift in this doctors office, you found a old notebook containing many occult rituals and and a section containing 8 rules to survive the shift, at first you ignore it, but as the minutes passes weird things started to happen, and when you where ready to abandon your shift you remember that damm book, you got the hang on how to do a small exorcist spell but its not strong enough to banish one of the spirits, and as you already anger what the book only describe as "the wolf" enough for a day, your only option is to follow theses 8 rules and not anger any of the other spirits
