Santa's Surprise

Author's note:
A game made in 48H for the Yogscast Game Jam 2020 (description was worked out after submission, no changes to the game were made). All art, programming, game design, etc. done by me. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to make some music or sound, so feel free to put on some Christmas tunes while you play to set the mood!

Game description:
Twas the night before Christmas and Santa had just finished delivering all the presents.

Only one problem though, his wife was still lacking a gift!

Every year, he had meant to get something for her, but her never could figure out what. This year, he got it though - a dog!

Unfortunately, his elf factory didn't make dogs, so he had to arrange to get one from a local sleigh owner.

Now he ventures into the forest to meet with him and get his wife a special surprise!

Controls:
Arrows / Left analog: Move.
Up arrow / A button: Jump.
D key / X button: Attack and cling to walls.
S key / Right trigger: Super jump and cling to walls.
Down arrow / Left trigger: Crouch.
ESC quits the game and R restarts a level in case of game breaking bugs (tm).
