Shattered Timelines

Every timeline must be kept in balance. without the Sanford Crystal it would be an impossible task. the power of the crystal, harness by the watch, can move time forwards or backwards on objects it targets.

 The Commission holds the power to bend time to preserve the timeline. if and when they lose control of the crystal, there will likely be no one left to repair the damage.
