Shield Wizard

Defeat all the enemies with their own magic!
A top down magic shooter without shooting. Parry their attacks with your magic shield right before you get hit!

(This is a late submission to the Game Maker's Toolkit Jam 2018. Made in 53 hrs. Better  finish it late than never)

HOW TO CONTROL YOUR WIZARD:

(W/A/S/D) Move

(Left Click) Activate your shield.

(Right Click) Recharge your power. (Pay attention to your power counter at the top left corner)

(Shift)  Sprint.

Alt + F4 - Close the game.

ENEMIES:

Purple mages cast fast magic bullets  that you can bounce back with your parry.

Red Mages cast slow magic bullets wont bounce, they just dissappear.
