Shining Plume reviews and comments

my only complaint is that the final battle is a wee bit too long.  other than that i enjoyed the game. it is one i have played several times, and i wish there were a shining plume 3.

Description: JRPG in the style of ancient Japan with elements of fantasy. All as always-brave samurai Eun rescues daughter his master from the treacherous enemy and goes on a fascinating adventure. We have to assemble a team of comrades and start to help local residents, destroy enemies, buy and knock out various equipment... Here We are waiting for love and betrayal, clouds of monsters and bosses, a bunch of dialogues and of course the battle with the main villain in an epic seizure of the sword giving divine power. Ready? Forward. Pros: ¥ Nice Soundtrack. ¥ Japanese Style. Recently, the RPG Maker is glued to everything that is possible except the classics. ¥ Good Story and Dialogues (in English). ¥ No attacks when traveling on the global map, as well as easy escape from the battlefield (except bosses and final location) and most importantly most of the monsters are passive. Aggressive mobs no more than 2-3 to the location. Pros can and questionable, but played nicely and there are no battles every 10 seconds. Just in moderation. Cons: ¥ No Achievements. ¥ No Difficulty levels. ¥ There is absolutely no interaction with the surrounding objects. It is Impossible to eat anything at all... Only a few chests on the locations, and those are highlighted. ¥ The Game is too linear. There are no branches even on two locations-run strictly on the story path. ¥ The Developers tried to do the puzzles, but they did not succeed. You Will have a method of poking to perform many actions (to dim the fire at the last location, find the fourth hero in the winter location, etc.). ¥ Those Few chests that are on the locations contain absolutely nothing useful. Only two of them had money, and the rest were mostly one hilke. ¥ Most Monsters are killed by simple attacks, and the use of skills does not give almost any advantage. Even The bosses first beat the skills, and then just put on the blank. A couple of times only heroes had to resurrect. ¥ Very few weapons and armor, but a lot of useless cans that will never be used by you. I have passed the whole game half-naked heroes, only sometimes changing weapons, and except the antidote and the hillock did not drink anything. ¥ Passive Quests are not interesting and do not give weighty awards. ¥ There is no magazine of quests and other things. ¥ Mouse Control interferes with the controls on the keyboard. It is Necessary to keep the mouse in a corner all the time so that there were no problems. ¥ No Auto saves. Save yourself as often as you can. Not Much. Bottom Line: The Game was 14 hours, but in general the gameplay here hours on 8. A Lot of Tusil with some "puzzles" and distracted by work. In General, the game is not bad and not good. It is usual, without its zest with a bunch of minuses, seasoned with a small handful of pluses. The second part is Already out, which I am going to pass soon. If you are looking for a good Jrpg, then pass by, but if you are a fan of the genre, then in the game you can pass a couple of evenings (or a day like me). Evaluation neutral And while writing the review, long thought where to put the finger and the choice was made in favor-Yes (with a huge stretch). Rating: 5/10 post-match: If you liked this review welcome to the group http://steamcommunity.com/groups/uojer-here you can see the recommended games, other reviews, as well as just chat in good company.
