Controls:

Walking : WASD

Sprint : Shift

Aim : LBM

Fire : RMB

Jump : Spacebar

Respawn : I 

( it used when you get stuck )

start the match : 0 

Note : ( when you type the IP Address to join a game I recommend using  a NumPad avoiding pressing the 0 and start the match when you are in the Main Menu )

How to play With your Friends:

you need to get the IP Address of the Network  and the press Join and the host devise only need to press Host without typing any IP Address.
