The Naval Simulator software is under development, many of its functions are not yet activated, others are pending development. The same happens with the boats, stage and other elements, which will be completed and improved, and then users will be able to download updates in order to have all those improvements.

The software, in its Alpha version, already has enough functions to be playable.

If you decide to obtain the personal use license of the Naval Simulator, you are supporting its continued development and accept that there are details that may be pending completion.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: BY INSTALLING, OPENING, COPYING AND / OR USING THIS PRODUCT IN ANY OTHER WAY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE ACKNOWLEDGE, ADMIT AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT (INCLUDING ANNEXES TO THE AGREEMENT). License

The use license is personal, to install on a Windows PC.

To install on another PC you have to buy another license.

The license is not transferable.

The license uses Name, surname, mail and PC serial to be able to install.

When installing the Naval Simulator the user must enter their data in the user registration section, with these data a code will be generated that the user must send by email to "[email protected]".

Then the user will receive an email, with the activation code that must be copied and pasted into the simulator.

The user will only receive an activation code once the license payment has been verified.

Only the activation code will be sent to users who send all the data correctly.

Only the license activation code will be delivered to people who send the data from their personal email. Third-party mail will not be accepted to activate third-party licenses.

The required (mandatory) data to activate a personal license are:

* Name

* Last name

* Email (verified)

The activation code will only be valid for the user and the computer where it was installed, (copying or modifying the software is prohibited) if you copy the Naval Simulator on another computer, you will need to purchase a new license to activate it.

The Naval Simulator is a project developed by Santiago Gonzalez, starting the first line of code in 2011, without funding or budget, the S.N. It is a project that falls into the category called Indie, but that does not mean that it is a simple or small video game. The Naval Simulator is designed as a tool that has many purposes, including:

* Entertainment

* Learning

* Teaching

* Practices

* Training.

* Tests

* Exams

* Professional use as a training simulator.

The Naval Simulator does not have multiplayer mode.

The Naval Simulator will have in the future modalities to receive weather information, communications and other internet factors using a server, its use and access will be evaluated according to the user flow and cost of the servers, and it will be evaluated if it will require a monthly subscription, annual or eternal.
