About

In an alternate reality the Western Cartels have taken to the sky in a bid to control the world’s most powerful resource, water.

Sky Noon is a First-Person Shooter with Brawler mechanics. Players are equipped with a grappling hook, a lasso and an arsenal of weapons and abilities. Sky Noon’s mechanics change the way players approach traditional FPS gameplay, emphasising speed and positioning in combat. There is no health in Sky Noon - players eliminate their enemies by pushing and pulling them off the Floating Frontier.GameplayIn order to survive in Sky Noon, players must use all the tools at their disposal to keep their footing on The Floating Frontier. Players are always equipped with a grappling hook which acts as the primary movement mechanic. The players lasso can also be used to pull enemies and crates toward you. Crates contain weapons and abilities, which utilise powerful bursts of air that knock enemy players off the floating islands to eliminate them.Features

Early Access Review Short and Schig, just a super fun Game, especially in small private Rounds. Destroy Friendships successfully-11/10 Points. Hope the Game gets its deserved Success. And many more Content Updates. Mod Tools would also be a super fine Thing.

Early Access Review Very good game for early access, the movement is extremely fun and satisfying to try to master. The amount of polish the game already has justifies the seemingly high pricepoint. The developers have a clear roadmap (available on their website) and are actively updating and say they will listen and implement community input to the game, I see great potential if more people play and help improve the game

Early Access Review Granted, the Server landscape is quite uncluttered and currently there are rarely more than two Dozen Players on the road, yet Sky Noon is extremely Fun. The Game Mechanics are Conceivable simple. Shooting, Special Attack, Lasso and the Grab Hook. There is no More. It is refreshing to finally play a simple, good, vertical Arena shooter in addition to all the hero Shooters, which by the way offers still varied game Modes in a fresh Setting. There is a Kind of Cross Between Escort and CtF in which you have to push a Lore three times into the enemy base to win the Game. Classic Area surveys, Deatmatch and Team Deathmatch. The Round all take place on compact Maps across multiple Levels. You start with a random Weapon and Special Ability. This can be exchanged for other Weapons at different Spawn points on the Map. There are currently Revolvers, MG, Shootgun and Grenade Launchers. Special Abilities include Dynamite, Blens, Teleporters, Jetpack and Boost. In addition, in the Middle of the Map, a PowerUp spawns that makes you stronger for a few Seconds. The Lasso and the Grab Hook you always have. With the Lasso you can drag your Opponent with it, move the Lore or pull Away items. With the Gripping Hook, you swing through the Map. This is the Highlight of the Game. Since Sky Noon does not take Gravity quite as seriously, you can swing through the map With the Gripping hook but also Catapult at high Level to launch an Attack from above, for example. Or you skillfully swung to the other Side of a Platform to surprise your opponent from behind. You have a lot of options. The Game is already quite far for EA. I'm already thrilled and hope Sky Noon has the Success it deserves.
