Cobalt
About
Forget everything you’ve learned about combat. Cobalt’s slo-mo mechanic lets you perform moves that other games can’t comprehend. Play through the story and discover answers to mysterious questions including: What happened to the humans? Why am I riding a space hamster? How is my cyborg head so good at deflecting bullets? Multiplayer is a less cryptic, though equally enjoyable affair: face off against friends and enemies in local or online multiplayer, learn the intricacies of over 80 maps and 67 weapons, and dominate the leaderboards.
Cobalt is the brainchild of Oxeye Game Studio, which consists of Jens Bergensten, Daniel Brynolf, and Pontus Hammarberg. It’s published by Mojang.
- Enjoy 6 multiplayer modes on over 80 maps. Play locally or online.
- Wield over 37 ranged weapons, 33 melee weapons, 6 hand shields, and more...
- Use Cobalt's signature move - the combat roll - to deflect projectiles or line up sweet headshots.
- Take advantage of our automatic-extreme-slo-mo mechanic, to pull off sick manoeuvres like rocket punches, bullet deflects, or last-second goals
- Customise weapons and armour to your personal taste.
- Play through the story alone or in co-op. Tame wasps! Take part in unnecessary dancing mini-games. Make friends with birds then get sad when they explode into puff of feathers

I've always wondered what this Cobalt actually is because many have read it when Starting Minecraft I'm also one of them. I was just getting too lazy to watch like the Game so the game is at The site I discovered it on Steam and with but bought it a little later in The Sale and must say Mojang still makes good Games In Cobalt You can Complete a robot in Single player a Story or Multi Play player.
In Multiplayer, you can choose different Classes, which above all offers variety.
The Effects like Slow motion when Balls fly narrowly past you so you can fight them off better are also well done. The Multiplayer and the whole Game is therefore a 2d Shooter where there is also workshop where you can play Maps or Levels from other People I would also buy it at Full Price and recommend it further!

Very detailed and fun Game with amazing Level Editor.
I am amazed at how complex and the Depth of this Game (especially for a 2d Game).
But there are still some Bugs, I personally had Problems with my Intel Graphics card (Resolution). After Switching to my other Nvidia Card but everything worked. These Bugs are matched in the following Updates.
I think it's not very easy for Newcomers to get into the Game either, I recommend playing with other Newcomers (E.g. Friends) a little bit in your own Lobbies to get used to the Game.
Furthermore, I think it's a pity that some Gamemodes no longer appear in the Menu (Since the Alpha Version). Alein to show the Players that there are, those in the Menu should be present.

Well done graphically, game feel sensationel, correct content and especially potentially infinite with the map editor: cobalt is a very good game!
Most negative reviews focus on "bad controls", it's pretty funny knowing that everything is configurable with great flexibility. I confess that I spent quite a bit of time finding a binding that suits me, but once your gamepad configured (keyboard is possible to play but harder) and a little time spent training, this game becomes satisfying, impressive and really fun!
The only complaint I make is to misuse its potential, indeed the proposed content is used in a rather annecdotic way while a true depth is exploitable, it is necessary to rely on the workshop to offer us new possibilities!
The countryside is a bit strange but not too easy or extremely hard. The most fun is mostly the parties between buddies, and even alone against AI (not so dumb compared to other games).
In addition to being creative, each map can be exploited in several ways: you can put yourself in FFA or by teams, stand alone against 10 bots, use a different class than the one planned for the map and more!
Plus we have a lot of different game modes to vary the pleasures!
I recommend cobalt overall but I would like to warn the casus: it is a difficult game to take in hand that will start training and that can satisfy you if you take the trouble to touch everything, the first experience is not always very exciting, sometimes your patience will be put to the test but it must be mature (in its conception of gaming) to kiffer a maximum!
