Space Racers (AviC)

This game is a simple racing game with powerups in space, there are 5 maps and a splitscreen option available. The controls are at the bottom of the description.

Note: I've only tested the game with Switch controllers, as such there may be bugs with other controllers

Splitscreen:

All players must use a controller except player 1 who can use a controller or keyboard.

Items:

There are 17 different powerups, to make things interesting some of them have a chance of malfunctioning and can either hit you or change directions randomly.

Maps:

The 5 maps have different laps based on the length of each, maps 4 and 5 have some glitch... I mean features that may make the maps more interesting.

Keyboard Controls:     Basic:

           Movement - WASD

           Use Item/Hold Item - Q

           Look Behind - LSHIFT

           Pause - ESC

    Advanced:

          Trick (In Air)/Drift (Held) - SPACE

          Use Item Backward - LSHIFT + Q

Controller Controls:     Basic:

          Acceleration - Right Face Button

          Deceleration - Bottom Face Button

          Right/Left - Left Joystick

          Use Item/Hold Item - Left Trigger

          Look Behind - Top Face Button

    Advanced:

          Trick (In Air)/Drift (Held) - Right Trigger

          Use Item Backward - Left Joystick Down + Left Trigger
