Space Rocks (itch) (alphanocten)

This is just  regular Asteroids based on the excellent Game Maker Studio 2 tutorial by FriendlyCosmonaut (https://gamemaker.io/en/tutorials/space-rocks-gml).  This includes the additional lessons which included parallax, enemy factions, powerups, and more visual effects and uploaded here so I could make my friends play it. 

Admittedly, the game was too hard to beat so all point values for the  asteroids and enemy ships have been increased, enemy ship speed has been slowed, and you can stop the ship on a dime by pressing the down arrow key.
