SUPERBUG (Triangle, BlueBaldwin, exophagious)

Playing as 2020's infamous Superbug, you must fight against your host's immune system and make your way through her bloodstream. On your way you will encounter medical interference, which you must execute with your toxic spines, eliminating everything in your path. 

To win the game you must fully infect your host!
