Got only two days, and this is what i came up with.

Particles are attracted to the core. They increase the energy level of the core, but also make it unstable. Your goal is to reach highest possible energy level in Super-Critical state by deflecting particles with barrier. Deflecting takes portion of particle energy and stores it in coils, which you can discharge to stabilize particle field.

Use mouse to rotate barrier and mouse click to discharge coils.
