patched mouse bug and made flashing lights less intense

welcome to nova. we're a powerplant in a place you're not allowed to know. we make power out of electricity that was already made out of power, don't question it. you're gonna work in the east hall, managing the power for the generator that's over there. make sure that there aren't any power surges or malfunctions. if there are, fix them.controls:
