About

- What is "The Men of Yoshiwara: Ohgiya"?
This is a romance game for women, with the famous Yoshiwara pleasure districts as the setting -- but with the roles of men and women reversed!

- The Story
Deep in the center of an island lies the Yoshiwara pleasure district. Never does its beauty, nor bustling activity, wane in the slightest.
Full of doubt and wonder, which courtesan will you have chosen by the end of a seemingly endless night?

- The Guys
Takigawa
The most popular courtesan at Ohgiya in the pleasure district. He conceals a lonely secret in the guise of arrogance.

Asagiri
A free and wild spirit who refuses to be tamed. He is a truly self-indulgent lover of women, and is like a little brother to Takigawa.

Gakuto
A confident and rugged courtesan. He holds a certain ambition, but has a lovable side to him...

Utsusemi
Grew up as an orphan. He holds his companions above all others, but seeks to uncover his true parents.

Ageha
A young man yet to take a customer, knowing neither love nor woman. He is looked after by Gakuto.

The Men of Yoshiwara: Ohgiya reviews and comments

Having bought this game on a whipe (thanks promotions) I was on the reserve, let's say I didn't want a butt-butt heroine whose personality is similar to a mold. This is not the case, I find it even rather mature, it embodies a young woman who knows nothing of men without throwing themselves at their feet on the first night. Besides, let's talk about these courtiers, Ah, figurehead of this game! Certainly they are not all interesting, their stories are alike (fortunately) not and their characters are, my faith, sympathetic. I made all the roads, lived a few moments of excitement (like "Ohhhhhhh") and others rather annoying. It must be said that the Japanese are rather strange sometimes when they write the scripts. I enjoyed the illustrations, too rare to my liking, and the scripts if without making a wave remains quite enjoyable. Especially when you don't want to take the lead. The graphics are not crazy, but quite colorful and simple to not sting your eyes. I played there about (taking my time, I'm not bilingual Hun) 30 hours. So conclusion, certainly it breaks three Paws to a duck, but it's cute, nice to play, it makes working English (to the familiar) and it was not a ruin to buy!

Men of Yoshiwara's Second game: fewer pixels in the backgrounds, the graphics have won a little (in my honest opinion), the music is more chord and soft (something to thank in the context of the game). But after playing Kikuya I expected something else. And It's not that the game isn't right, it's nice to play but it doesn't offer more than the previous one. Maybe it is limited to a matter of personal tastes but if you have to choose, (forgive me Gakuto) I will stay with the first without hesitation. I Think the characters were deeper on the other and you got more into the story, or maybe it's because the girl has different problems and there is no doubt if you can see it again. Still, as I say at the beginning, the CG are good, the characters look good, (Or. Or some of the guys out of Kikuya!!!) and I say that in general, graphic and music are fine. The options are the same style as the previous one, three options to choose from and the possibility of super happy ending or happy End; Sequel and Dating scenarios. Not a bad game and enjoy the routes, I don't think I remember any that I didn't like in a special way. But... If someone ends up with the five options and does not stay thinking... And Musashi What?, you will explain how you got it. Because in more than a moment you would stay with him without reconsider twice. If doubt between this and Kikuya: KIKUYA!
