Controller highly recommended!
Man, the Game rocks! Since Kelly Slater's Pro Surfer (2003!), I've been waiting for a good Surfing Game. This is isses! For 15 Corners you will get the best Entertainment offered here. If you like Sports Games and Skill Games, reach out!
+ Class Graphics + Varied Waves and Venues + good, staggered Tutorial! (In the Demo I nixed-now it's flooding!)
+ Dozens of Tricks + Incredibly many Customization options to Surfer and Board (Clothes, colors, patterns, even LEDs for the board!) + Class Surf Muck (from some of the Titles I'll pick up the MP3s) + High Long-term Motivation (have about 3.5h for Rookie Velvet all Challenges needed) + super relaxed surfing in Endless Mode (without Timer, no pressure, just nice chilly)-no Tricks in the Tunnel-no monster waves

If it is a sporting discipline that will be called very (too?) little represented in the world so particular of the video game, it is indeed surfing. Surf world series, the new baby of climax Studio has at least the merit of proposing something original, the goal will be still and always to make great scores with the help of ever craziest tricks. All classic tricks (floaters, tubes, air, snaps and cutbacks) will be feasible. Alas, even though it may seem logical at first glance, the playground of a surfer, at least in this game, is a little smaller. If the climax title is not playable in local multiplayer, it is on the other hand online. The 3 game modes you will find there are: survival, great battle, and Championship. We have the choice to embody one or one of the 6 surfers/surfeuses put at our disposal, we can even change at will and customize them as we wish. We have the choice between 2 game modes: free surfing and events. The first is well named since we can accomplish infinite sessions without time, nor score imposed. Just for the pleasure of sliding, as they say. We will only have to choose the desired destination among the 5 places proposed by the game (South Africa, Brazil, Portugal, Australia, Hawaii). It is worth noting the effort of the developers to offer sessions both day and night, both in clear and rainy weather. Here again, the game is allowed to take in hands in a pleasant way! Special mention also for the two most successful aspects of the game, namely its graphics and its soundtrack. The latter is made up of fifteen titles, most of which are very catlike. Noted that the game is offered at low price on steam or €14.99.
The more + rather pretty/graphic.
A great playlist.
Finally a surf game!
A rather intuitive gameplay pad in hand.
Personalisation of characters/boards ect...
The slowdowns on the special tricks.
The less-content a little weak.
Gameplay that can get boring.
No sense of real progression.
My rating: 7/10
