Have you ever wanted to play an escape room alone?

Well, neither did we! It's why we created a multiplayer escape room platform, so you can play with up to 6 people.

Tales of Escape is a series of multiplayer, VR (also playable on nonVR computers), escape room adventures. Gather around the campfire with your friends and choose a story to play! This is the base game which includes "Cold as Ice", the first of the stories, where you find yourselves trapped in a butcher's shop with no way out. Fight against the clock to solve the puzzles and get out of there before it's too late! Also, what happened to that lovely couple who had the store anyway?Solve Puzzles on:
  • Single Or Multiplayer with Up to Six People!
  • Pc, Vive, Or Potato! (Warning: Can't actually play on a potato)
  • Cross platform steak-slapping!

This is only the beginning... No, seriously, this is the first room of the series and more rooms are coming soon as downloadable content!

Tales of Escape reviews and comments

The game is a fake free to play. One episode is offered, the rest is paid. For having tested with a friend the illusion DLC, it is all correct. We spent 3h on the game and the DLC cost €3, the word that sums up this game is "mouais". In positives, one can cite among other things: the aspect a little reflection of the title, the cooperative and the scenery/environment that give this impression of escape game. In negatives: the general atmosphere that deserves to be more worked, some puzzles that do not even guide a minimum the player and the relatively short GST of the app. Recommend for those who like to think about several, otherwise pass your turn.

We chose to play this game because it allowed 6 players to do an escape game online (m'y friends and I like escape games but live in different countries). We were concerned whether or not playing such a game with 6 persons would be a mess but it was very well done and the time limit forced us to collaborate efficiently. We managed to finish it 3min before the end with the help of 2 hints. We have liked the experience so much that we purchased the 2nd room and Will play again in 1 week. There is no replayability for a same room obviously, but the devs seem to be adding rooms. Considering My friends and I play once or twice this game per month this is perfect for us. Good quality, first chapter was free, had a lot of fun.

So in advance: I only played through the 1st Level with two Friends and not in VR either, because at the Moment only the 1st Level is free. But that is not a negative Point, quite the Contrary. The Game is only highly recommended for the one free level. There was one or the other Horror Moment that would certainly have been a lot more intense with VR glasses. Clear Recommendation from my Side. The first Level costs nothing and it is currently only just under 800 MB, which means what can you do wrong. If you can invest with Friends for about 1 Hour, you should take the Game-whether with or without VR glasses-and even buy more Levels if necessary. 10/10 for the first Level.

Even at first I noticed that the Graphics Look rather weird and not really right. We already had a few Problems until we could finally start the Game, as in our Opinion the Menu was very confusing. In addition, the other Player was only represented as a funny helmet/head floating in the Air, which is why one loses sight of each other quite easily. In the Levels themselves, the Graphics were better, but the Puzzles were sometimes simply not clearly recognizable and therefore almost impossible to solve, or just really too easy. Maybe the Game is more Fun if you spend it than just play it for two, but it was a more short-term and boring Experience for us. It will probably still be better to look for an escape room in the RL nearby, as there is simply more Excitement there. :)-M
