Tech Support: Error Unknown

New Review/Update: The bug is fixed, as of yesterday. So i'm gonna change the thumbs. I even rebought it. I lost a lot of time in this game. At first it starts slow. But after you join a specific guy, it's getting very interesting. I like the gameplay. The only thing i do not like, is that the terminal has to be navigated with the mouse. That's sad. It would make you feel more like you are technicaly skilled if you could type the words yourself. In the chats you have a bunch of answers that are predefined. But with your progress, you get more answers and the game is starting to get more detailed. I even had the first cases, where i did not make it in time to answer them, and they got disapointed. Even the tools and other things you are getting at later points makes you wan't to play around with them. But, be aware, do not belive you get a "grey hack, hacknet or darksigns" nope. This is not an indeep hacking game. From my opinion. For this price, it totaly is worth the money. And i will recommend it. Old Review (Just for the records): "AT FIRST, please read bevore judging, because it's not a simple thumbs down. Its more like neutral. But i cannot recommend it at all." It is quite interesting, and for the money its good, but after reaching day 8, the game does not proceed anymore. After i click on checkout, the screen fades to black. Goes back to the ingame desktop and thats all. I can restart my computer, and then the next day starts at checkout and has the same chats open. It simply stops and does nothing anymore. And i my mails i got a message that i did not work at the day. Second reboot and it is again one day more. Again with a mail, but this time more like a spaceholder. Just 3 words " 2nd customer ..." thats all. I tried sending mails, making new chatwindows, but the problem does not go away. It's sad, i was waiting for this game for weeks now and had it on my watchlist. But even at a discount of 10% its unplayable at this point. So i am going to refund it, because i'm getting near the 2h mark. I for my self will look back in the future and check if the game works. From my point of view i cannot recommend it, so i cannot give it a thumbs up. Greetings

Tech Support Update:---Even after 6 Hours of Play and the fixed "one" Error, I find the Game more than disappointing. In General, I like Games in that Direction, but here it gets monotonous very quickly. It is generally always the Same, after an Hour you have all The Dialogues in The mind of the Customers, accompanied by some Mistakes that slow down the Fun of the game. I played through the Game in different Variations, as there are several Ends, kann/you have to play the Game several times. They are decision-making branches that you have to take. Thus, each completed Journey starts again from 0, which gets more boring with the Support you have in Game every time. These little Branches don't lift the Game off the Ground for me right now. Also you are left with the "Terminal" Functions in the stich, so only endless helps try out. Some don't like others. Me Personally, the Game has not now carved off the Stool and great again game has not really been worth it for me. The Game idea is not bad, just unfortunately a bit of wrong has been implemented for me, because you could have done a lot more Variety or in the Game Mechanics. The current Price is with me in a Grey Zone, the Game is not too expensive, but really from The bottom of my heart I can't recommend it any further. There are Games that Have more to offer in this Section that have also tied me to the Monitor for more than 6 Hours. ---(Actually an Interesting Game, however, the German Translation was a bit sloppy, so there are some typographical Errors. Also, not everything is 100% Translated. To which the Game has a (Mistake) so at once I can no longer play at the End of the day "Check Out," The Day is set back but all the Protocols remain in place and you can't do anything anymore, starting the System anew you still have the Same problem and be Coming an Email that you are home too early. Have now started 3 times new. -Thus, the Rating of the Content of the Game is based. -Consider whether I will give the Game back until there has been (some) improvement. Since I don't read anything of "EA" Game here, I can't recommend the Game with the current Error. )
