The Abyss (POLIMI Game Collective)

IMPORTANT NOTE: before pressing 'NEW GAME' be sure to check in 'SETTINGS' that the resolution is 1920x1080!!

‘The Abyss’ is an adventure game where the player will coordinate a group of characters in order to explore a huge dungeon that goes down towards the center of the earth. The core of the game is the possibility to create your own team of three characters that will explore the dungeon and fight the monsters that inhabit it. Only by finding a good synergy between the characters in the team the player will be able to defeat the enemies and reach the end of the abyss. 

Other aspects that characterizes this game are:

• customization of the main base
• coordination of the members of the team in order to solve some minor riddles along the way
• peculiar settings and biomes

COMMANDS:

- A,D to move left and right

- SPACE to jump (and double-jump)

- I to open to Inventory (use the mouse to drag and drop items from the inventory onto the characters)

- LEFT BUTTON (mouse) to attack

- E to switch between the characters in your group

- G to separate a character from the group (you can split the group multiple times until all characters are in solo and you can control them by switching perspective with E)

- A boss fight at the end 

- A story and a lore for all the characters

- New characters to be played with new features and powers

- New areas of the map (currently locked)
