THE FARM (itch) (xax)

i made this in three days.

this is actually a 'clone' of a twine game i put together ages ago (c. 2013) as a test of what was possible to do in twine, & the thought of a twine-based farming sim was very funny to me. i eventually made a somewhat more ambitious version (still in twine) later on, but it's extremely unfinished. (this was not made in twine; it's just raw javascript.)

i started working on microgames recently, and this is microgame #1! it's a farming sim! your high score is the number of cakes you can get.

notes:

• walls and floors are totally useless
• water is likewise useless; there's no plant watering anyway
• the various kinds of herbs are obtained by cutting the herbs at different times: 2 days for white, 3 for green, and 4 for black
• berries grow randomly on cleared grass tiles
